PUPPY HAS BEEN VET CHECKED AND HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE FREE OF GENETIC DEFECTS AND IS IN GOOD HEALTH. CUSTOMER WILL HAVE THEIR LICENSED VET CHECK THE HEALTH OF THE PUPPY WITHIN 24 HOURS TO VERIFY THE PUP'S STATE OF HEALTH.

This Cavalier is guaranteed against genetic diseases that affect the quality of life. It must be of genetic origin and not be the result of environmental factors, poor nutrition, accidents or illness incurred after the Client has taken possession. If Cavalier is found to have a genetic, life threatening disease, the dog will be replaced with another from the next available litter provided that the following criteria are met:


      1. Claim must be made within one year from the time of purchase of the dog.

      2. Owner must supply upon written certification by 2 Qualified Veterinarians detailing the genetic disease and prognosis or proof of death caused by a genetic disease.
